摘要
本文采用悬液定量杀菌实验和动物毒性实验观察俪人康纯中药抗菌洗液的杀菌效果及其毒性.结果显示:该洗液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用2 min后,平均杀灭率分别为99.96%、99.97%;对白色念珠菌作用10 min后,平均杀灭率达99.91%;原液于37℃存放90 d,杀灭率无明显下降.该抗菌洗液对小鼠急性经口毒性实验LD50>5 000 mg/kg BW,属实际无毒,对动物皮肤和阴道黏膜无刺激性.以上结果表明,该中药抗菌洗液对革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌以及真菌都具有良好的杀灭效果,动物实验属于无毒级、无刺激性.
To know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a Chinese medicine antibacterial lotion, suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out. The results showed： the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the stock solution of Li-Rren lotion for 2 min were 99.96% and 99.97% respectively, that of Candida albicans exposed for 10 min was 99. 91G. The killing rate of Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to the stock solution after storing at 37 ℃ for 90 d did not decrease significantly. The mouse oral LD50 of the antibacterial lotion was 〉5 000 mg/kg body weight, which belonged to actually non-toxic class. Its stock solution was not irritating to animal skin and vaginalmucosa. The results indicated the Chinese medicine antibacterial＇ lotion has good efficacy in killing Gram-positive and Gramnegative bacteria and fungi. Animal test showed that it belonged to non-toxic class without irritation.
