摘要
目的:对已有脑胶质瘤动物模型与临床病证特点吻合情况进行分析,明确各模型的特点。方法:检索相关数据库,以脑胶质瘤模型中西医临床诊断标准为依据,将现有脑胶质瘤动物模型的品种、特征、造模方法进行总结,根据脑胶质瘤的中西医临床病证特点进行吻合度评价。结果:现有动物模型主要有诱发动物模型、移植动物模型和转基因动物模型,移植型动物模型是目前应用最多的肿瘤模型,可在短期内成瘤,在评估新治疗方法疗效的研究中应用最为广泛。结论:发现现有的动物模型制备方法较单一,且大多以西医造模方法为主,缺少中西医病证结合动物模型,可考虑在现有动物模型基础上,增加中医证候复制因素,开发更多与临床病证特点吻合度高的病证结合模型。
Objective:To analyze the coincidence between the animal models of glioma and clinical symptoms and clarify the characteristics of each model.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and PubMed were searched with"glioma"and"animal model"as the keywords.The species,characteristics,and modeling methods of the animal models with glioma were summarized according to the clinical diagnosis standards of Chinese and western medicine for glioma models.Furthermore,the coincidence degrees of the models with the clinical symptoms of glioma in Chinese and western medicine were evaluated.Results:The available animal models of glioma are mainly established by induction,transplantation,and gene transfer.The animal models established by transplantation are the most widely at present.Since the transplants can develop into tumors in a short time,such models are commonly used in the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of new treatment methods.Conclusion:The methods for establishing the animal models of glioma are limited,and most of the models are established with western medicine methods.The animal models of glioma that combine the symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine remain to be established.On the basis of the existing animal models,we can consider adding the elements of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome to develop more models combining disease and syndrome with high coincidence with the clinical characteristics.
