摘要
间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有高度自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,还具有特异性地迁移到损伤部位和肿瘤组织的特性,且易于分离、体外扩增培养,因而可以作为一种携带抗肿瘤因子的运载工具用于肿瘤的基因治疗。本文对MSCs在肿瘤基因治疗领域中的研究进展做一综述。
The biological role of mesenchymal stem cells, is to repair damaged and used tissues in the body. MSCs are easy to isolate, have enormous expansion potential in culture and are able to migrate towards tissue injury or tumor sites. Therefore, MSCs can substitute itself in delivering the therapeutic agent in tumor therapy. This paper reviews the research advancement of MSCs in the field of cancer gene therapy.
