摘要
目的:评价生物反馈治疗中国人功能性便秘的效果。方法:计算机并手工检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、Pubmed和Springer中关于生物反馈治疗中国人功能性便秘的对照文献。结果:共纳入7篇文献。4篇文献的结果显示生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的症状评分与对照组无统计学差异。2项研究结果表明治疗后干预组与对照组的直肠肛管静息压和收缩压均无统计学差异。5项研究(对照组中医挂线2项,服用泻剂3项)表明生物反馈的效果评估与对照组均无统计学差异。结论:生物反馈对未分型的功能性便秘治疗效果与对照组无统计学差异。
Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of biofeedback in the treatment of functional constipation in Chinese population. Methods： CNKI （Jan, 1990 to Apr, 2012）, Wanfang data （Jan, 1990 to Apr, 2012）, VIP （1989 to 2012）, Pubmed, and Springer databases were researched to collect randomized controlled trials. Results： Seven papers were included. Symptom scores showed no statistical difference between experiment group（bifeedback treat ment） and control group（conventional treatment） according to four researches. Two researches indicated that the systolic pressure and rest pressure of the anal cannel had no statistic differences between experiment group and control group. Five researches, as compared to Chinese medical ligation treatment （two researches） and laxatives （three researches）, showed that the biofeedback had no statistic difference in clinical outcomes （effectiveness, improvement, ineffectiveness, and total effective rate）. Conclusion： For untypable functional constipation, biofeedback treatment showed no significant difference as compared to conventional treatment.
