附睾精子肉芽肿的CT表现及病理对照研究 被引量：2

摘要 精子肉芽肿（spermgranuloma，SG）是因精子外溢至间质而导致的炎性反应，通常与外伤、感染或手术有关。患者大多有症状，阴囊可触及结节或肿块，出现症状时，常需手术治疗。尽管临床怀疑S时，应首选超声或MR检查，但以往有关超声的报道较少且缺乏特异性征象；而MR和CT的报道笔者尚未见到。当超声提示阴囊内肿块时，对于无生育要求的患者，临床上为排除肿瘤或了解有无转移可选择行CT检查。
