不同配伍、煎煮及服药后时间对麻黄发汗作用的影响比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察不同配伍、煎煮及服药后时间对麻黄发汗作用的影响,以揭示配伍、煎煮时间、服药后时间与其发汗作用的相关性。方法将SD大鼠分为空白(A)组、麻黄(B)组、麻黄+桂枝(C)3组,空白组10只,给大鼠灌服等量生理盐水外,其他每组各40只,分别给大鼠灌服煎煮15min或30min的麻黄、麻黄+桂枝水煎液,于给药30min或60min时,观察大鼠后足趾肉垫汗腺着色点数和大鼠后足跖肉垫汗腺分泌量。结果 (1)在给药液温度、室温相同的前提下,C组大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量均明显多于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)各煎煮30min组大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量明显好于煎煮15min组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)服药30min组大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量明明显好于服药60min组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻黄配伍桂枝,在煎煮30min,灌药后30min时发汗作用最显著。 Objective To observe the effects of the diaphoretic function in Mahaung with different compatibility, decoction and administration time and explore the correlation between the compatibility, decoction time, administration time and diaphoretic function. Methods SD rats were divided into the blank group (A) (n=10), Mahuang group (B), Mahuang and Guizhi compatibility group(C) (n=40). The blank group was given normal saline, other each group was given equivalent Mahuang or Mahuang +Guizhi compatibility liquid in decoction 15 min or 30 min respectively. The amount of sweat spots on sweat glands in rats' toes and the quantitative of sweat in rats' toes were observed in the 30 rain and 60 min after administration. Results (1)Under the same conditions of medication temperature and room temperature, the quantity sweats spots and the weight on sweat glands in rats' toes of group A was more than group B and C significantly(P 〈 0.05).(2)The diaphoretic effect of decoction 30 min groups were significantly more than 15 min groups(P 〈 0.05).(3)The diaphoretic effect was obviously in 30 min after administration compared with 60 rain (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The group C and decoction 30 min in 30 min after administration is most significantly.
