摘要
通过对门诊患者输液药品保存方法不正确现象的调查分析总结,提出护理对策,降低用药风险。药品质量关系到患者治疗的安全和有效,正确保存药品则是保证药品质量的前提条件。患者保存输液药品存在问题,如药品外观受损,药品保存温度不宜等,药品保存不当可以使药物发生化学及物理变化,降低药品治疗作用,增加用药安全隐患。对门诊护士加强药品保存知识的学习,严格执行药品保存规定,提高门诊护理质量,对患者主动宣教药品保存特性,加强用药指导,减少用药风险,保证安全用药。
To analyze the incorrect phenomenon of outpatient transfusion drug preservation method, and put forward nursing countermeasures, reduce the risk of drug. The drug quality is related to the preservation and effect of treatment. Preserving the drug correctly is precondition of ensuring drug quality. Problems of outpatient transfusion drug preservation such us drug appearance damaged, Drug preservation temperature inappropriate, and etc. The improper drug preservation can make the drugs produce chemical and physical change, lower drug therapy effect, and increase the drug safety hidden trouble. We should strengthen the drug preservation knowledge learning, strictly implement the provisions of drug preservation, actively intro- duce drug preservation characteristics, strengthen the medication guide, reduce the risk of drug, ensure safety use, and finally improve outpatient nurs- ing quality.
