摘要
目的探讨病案导入-情景模拟教学法在提高护生护患沟通能力中的应用效果。方法将2006级本科护生282名作为对照组,2007级本科护生297名作为观察组。对照组采用的是传统实验教学法,观察组采用病案导入-情景模拟教学法,课程结束后对两组护生进行护患沟通能力的评价。结果观察组护生在语言交流、倾听技巧、心理应变等护患沟通的能力明显优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论病案导入-情景模拟教学法有助于提高护生的护患沟通能力。
Objective To discuss the application effect of medical record leading-scene simulation method in improving nursing students' nurse-pa- tient communication ability. Methods A total of 282 undevgraduate nursing stodeats of grade 2006 were in control group, and a total of 297 tmder- gra&mte ransing students of grade 2007 were in observation group. The control group took the traditional expteaehing method, and the ob- servation group took the medical record leading-scene simulation method. The mwsing stodeats' nurse-patient comnamlcation ability was assessed at the end of the course. Results It is obvious that the communication skills of probationer nurses in the observation group is better than that of the control group, mainly reflected in verbal communication,listening skins, and mental response. And the difference between these two groups is of great statisti- cel significance( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Medical record leading scene simulation method is helpful to improve nursing students' nurse-patient communi- cation abilit v.
