摘要
目的统计分析死亡医学证明书的填报质量情况,旨在提升上报数据的准确性。方法回顾性对某三甲医院2011年上报死亡数据进行统计分析。结果死亡病例521例,疾病诊断为症状或体征的比例最高,其次为各种衰竭。死亡医学证明书填报错误的主要原因是根本死因概念不清、死因链填写不规范。结论根本死因的判定是影响死亡医学证明书填报质量的关键因素,有效的死因监测管理模式,增强死因监测人才的能力建设,可有效提高填报质量。
Objective Analyzing reporting quality of the death medical certificate, to improve the accuracy of the data. Methods Analyzing a hospi- tal mortality data retrospectively in 2011. Results There are 521 cases of death. The highest percentage of disease diagnosis is Symptoms or Signs, fol- lowed by all kinds of exhaustion. The main reasons of death medical certificate fill error are the fundamental concept of the cause of death is not dear and the cause of death chain fill in is not standard. Conclusion The judgement of fundamental cause of death is key factors to influence the quality of the medical death certificate. Effective death monitoring management mode and enhancing the cause of death monitoring talent ability construction can ef- fectively improve the quality of fill.
