摘要
目的分析医院死亡病例信息管理中存在的问题,通过信息化手段提升死亡病例信息管理水平。方法借助信息化手段,进行死亡病例信息管理的业务流程重组。结果设计开发并实施了"死亡病例管理信息系统",实现了有效的死亡病例信息上报管理、"医学死亡证明书"的管理、死亡病例质量控制管理和死亡病例公共卫生管理。结论使用信息化手段可以提升医院死亡病例信息管理水平。
objective through analyzing the existing problems in death medical records information management, to improve information management of death medical records by informationization. Methods to reorganize vocational work process of death medical records information management by informationization. Conclusions through design and development, we carried out Death Medical Records Management Information System, as well as achieved effective management of reporting death medical records to higher level, Medical Death Certification, death case histories quality control and death medical records public health. Conclusion to improve death medical records information management by informationization.
