摘要
近年来,滦河流域社会经济发展迅速,水资源需求量不断增长,以及各种自然、人为因素影响,造成了滦河流域水资源短缺、水质恶化、用水结构不合理等问题,滦河流域正遭受着空前的水资源危机。文中主要研究南水北调工程运行后对滦河流域水资源进行重新分配的问题。
In resent years, as the rapid development of the socio-economic in Luan river area, the water demand increases, as well as a variety of natural and anthropogenic factors results in water shortage, deterioration of water quality, and irrational water structure, so Luan river area is suffering unprecedented water crisis. This paper mainly researches the problem of re-allocation of the water resources of Luan river area when the South-to-North Water Diversion Project runs.
