摘要
以水功能区划和分水协议为基础,综合考虑上下游工农业用水和生态环境用水,探讨了滦河流域水资源配置与合理利用方案,为水资源开发利用提供参考依据。
Based on the water function zonation and water diversion agreement and in comprehensive consideration of water for industry and agriculture and ecological environment in upper reaches and lower reaches,the water resources allocation and rational application in Luan river basin is discussed as reference for the development and application of water resources.
