摘要
大学生就业难已是社会关注问题,其中原因之一就是就业信息服务不畅通。高校图书馆作为专业化的信息服务机构,开展就业信息服务非常必要。图书馆应通过加强职业能力培养专题性资源建设,联合学校招生就业部门共建就业信息网络平台,搭建一站式职业信息保障体系与就业指导体系进行联动服务,为学校提供社会岗位需求动向分析报告,为大学生提供一站式的就业信息服务。
Poor employ ability of college students has been a social problem. One of the reasons is the blocked channel of employment information service. As professional information service organization, the college libraries have the essentiality for carrying out the service of employment information. The libraries should establish the system of one-stop employment information service by constructing the information resource of professional ability orientation, establishing the center of occupation information, and building the network platform of employment information with recruitment and employment office. By the joint service with the employment guiding system of the college and providing analysis report of social requirement trend to the college, the one-stop employment information service is provided for college students.
