摘要
图书馆3.0给高校图书馆就业信息服务带来了包括智能搜索、智能组织和智能识别等新技术。高校图书馆需从完善就业文献信息馆藏资源建设、提供以用户为中心的个性化服务、充分挖掘网络就业信息资源、完善自身就业信息服务人才团队建设等方面着手,推进就业信息服务变革,提高就业信息服务的质量和效率。
Library 3.0 brings new technologies including intelligent search,intelligent organization and identification to employment information services in university libraries.University libraries should promote the reform of employment information services and enhance the quality and the efficiency of employment information service by the means of improving the employment documents collection construction,providing user-centered personalized services,fully tapping the network employment information resources and building library talents team of employment information service.
