摘要
目的分析骨性泪道的解剖因素对泪道逆行置管手术疗效的影响。方法利用CT三维成像技术测量骨性泪道的长度及最小直径后对71例(75眼)原发性泪道阻塞患者行泪道逆行置管手术。结果患者骨性泪道平均长度为(13.52±0.49)mm,最小直径为(3.38±0.34)mm,手术治愈率为62.67%。Logistic回归分析显示骨性泪道长度及最小直径影响泪道逆行置管术的预后。结论通过CT三维重建了解患者的泪道解剖特点,制定个性化的治疗方案,可以提高泪道逆行置管术的治愈率。
Objective To study the effect of bony lacrimal duct on retrograde lacrimal intubation.Methods The length of bony lacrimal duct and the diameter of the narrowest part of the duct were measured by using multi-plannar reconstruction(MPR)technique.Seventy-one patients(75 eyes)with primary nasolacrimal duct obstruction(PNDO)were subjected to retrograde lacrimal intubation.Results The average lengths and narrowest diameters of bony lacrimal duct in patients were(13.52±0.49)mm and(3.38±0.34)mm respectively.The healing rate of retrograde lacrimal intubation was 62.67%.The logistic regression analysis indicated that the prognosis was influenced by the lengths and diameters of the bone lacrimal duct.ConclusionWith the MPR technique and individualized treatment plan before retrograde lacrimal intubation,the healing rate can be significantly improved.
