摘要
为安全生产领域培养一批具有工程实践能力的高层次应用型人才,是加强安全专业人才队伍建设的迫切需要,对安全生产形势2020年实现根本好转意义重大。以实施服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目为契机,介绍了全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式现状,参照国际质量管理培训指南构建了全日制安全工程专业硕士研究生培养模式。
Cultivating a batch of high level applicable talents with the ability of engineering practice for the field of safety produc- tion, is an urgent need to strengthen construction of safety specialty talent team, and is a signality to realize the good work safety situation fundamentally by 2020. As the opportunity of the implant of service project of special personnel training for China, cur- rent situation of the training mode of the full-time professional graduate student is introduced and the training mode of the full-time professional graduate student for the field of safety engineering is constructed, referring to the training guide to international quality management.
