摘要
人文精神是现代大学精神之"根",是大学教育之核心与灵魂,是大学内涵建设之驱动力,是大学文化发展之重要使命。而当前我国大学人文精神教育现状堪忧,其中最为突出的是文理分科传统模式造成了人文精神教育的严重滑坡;大学管理泛行政化导致了人文精神教育功能的严重削弱;市场经济物欲主义泛滥严重冲击了人文精神教育的正当性,冲淡了人文精神教育的说服力和感染力。因此,重构人文精神、强化人文精神教育势在必行。而重构人文精神、强化人文精神教育必须注重建设现代大学制度,塑造人文精神文化内涵,营造师生精神家园,解决师生现实生活问题。
Humanistic spirit is the ＂root＂ of the spirit of modern university. It is the core and soul of university edu- cation, the driving force for connotation construction of the university, and the important mission of the development of u- niversity culture. However, the present situation of humanistic education of the university in our country is worrisome, es- pecially the serious declining of humanistic spirit education caused by the traditional mode of discipline division of art and science. The pan - administration of university management leads to the serious weakening of the educational function of humanistic spirit. The excess desire for materials under market economy has seriously hit the properness of humanistic spirit education, dampening its convineingness and infectiousness. Therefore, it is imperative to reconstruct humanistic spirit and enhance humanistic spirit education. However, the reconstruction and enhancement must focus on the construc- tion of the modern university system, shape the cultural connotations of humanistic spirit, create the spiritual home of teachers and students , and solve the problems of teachers and students in real life.
