摘要
2011年7月,教育部、财政部决定在"十二五"期间继续实施"高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程"(简称"本科教学工程"),"本科教学工程"是"十一五"期间"质量工程"的延续和发展。在总结和分析"十一五"期间"质量工程"建设存在的主要问题基础上,以中国科学技术大学"本科教学工程"建设为例,研究和探索了"十二五"期间"本科教学工程"管理模式创新的新思路和新方法。
In July 2011, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance decided to continue carrying out ＂the undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project＂ （hereinafter referred to as ＂ undergraduate teaching engineering＂） during the Twelveth Five - year Plan, ＂ Undergraduate Teaching Project＂ is the continuation and development of ＂ quality project＂ in ＂Eleventh Five - year Plan＂ period. This paper summarizes and analyses the main problems existing in the construction of ＂quality project＂ in Eleventh Five - year Plan period. Taking the ＂ undergraduate teaching project construction＂ of the University of Science and Technology of China for example, we research and explore new ideas and new methods of ＂ undergraduate teaching engineering＂ management mode.
