摘要
该文系统分析了《饲料加工工艺学(含设备)》课程教学实施过程中教学模式、教学手段和评价体系等环节存在的不足。通过引入案例教学法联合问题导向教学模式,并采用新型考核机制,对《饲料加工工艺学(含设备)》课程进行教学改革与探索。案例驱动教学法有助于重构课堂教学模式与结构,提升教学质量,培养具有创新思维和实践能力的畜牧专业人才。
This study systematically analyzed the shortcomings in teaching modes,instructional methods,and evaluation systems during the implementation of the“Feed Processing Technology(Including Equipment)”course.This research conducted practical teaching reform and exploration for the“Feed Processing Technology(Including Equipment)”course by introducing the case-driven teaching method integrated with a problem-oriented teaching model and adopting an innovative assessment mechanism.The case-driven teaching approach facilitates the adjustment of teaching modes and structures in the classroom,improves teaching quality,and cultivates animal husbandry professionals equipped with innovative thinking and practical capabilities.
