摘要
研究生创新实践能力培养是当今高等教育改革关注的热点问题,军队工程硕士创新实践能力培养则更具鲜明特点。文章首先分析了军队工程硕士研究生自身的特点,在此基础上对影响其创新实践能力培养的因素进行了详细剖析,最后针对分析的问题提出了促进创新实践能力培养的相关对策。
The training of the innovative and practical ability for the graduates is a hotspot in the higher education. It is more distinct in training the military engineering graduates. The paper first analyzes the characteristics of the military engineering graduates. Based on the characteristics, it analyzes the factors influencing the fostering of the ability of innovation and practice for the military engineering graduates. At the end, it provides the countermeasures for solving the problems.
