摘要
经过二十年来的不断借鉴和完善,我国专业学位教育取得了可喜的成绩,同时也遇到了许多难题,本文梳理并分析了目前制约专业学位健康发展的三大问题,即社会认同度低、特色不鲜明以及没有建立起单独的培养体系,并指出我国专业学位教育在不断扩大培养规模和加快发展速度的同时应更加注重优化培养目标和培养模式;在增加专业学位授权单位和授权点的数量的同时应更加注重形成专业学位的"特色",逐步完善质量保障机制;在专业学位教育不断发展和改革的过程中,要逐步挣脱在培养体系和教育资源等方面受学术型学位束缚的局面,更加注重建立相对独立的培养体系。
Our Professional Degree has achieved big success during its twenty years' development,while it also meets many problems.This paper classifies and analyzes three problems which have restricted the benign development of Professional Degree for the moment,containing low social-identity,little characteristics and having not established an relatively independent training system.In this paper,the author suggests that we should pay more attention on optimizing the object and mode of training while enlarging the training scale and accelerating the development;we should take more care on the forming of Professional Degree's characteristics and improving the quality ensuring mechanism while adding the authorization units;we should assign more power on establishing a relatively independent training system in order to get rid of the bondage from Scientific Degree at the aspect of training system and education resources and so on in the process of its development and innovation.
