循证理念在护理人员培训中的应用

摘要 目的:用循证理念分析和解决护理培训中存在的问题,提高培训效果和护理管理水平。方法:对护理培训中存在的问题,运用循证理念进行分析,结合文献支持,经科学论证后应用于护理人员的培训,并对实施前后效果进行比较。结果:实施后不同学历、职称的护理人员理论和技能成绩、护理文件书写合格率、患者满意度均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:将循证理念应用于护理培训,明显提高了培训效果和护理质量管理水平。 Objective: To analyze and solve the problems by evidence -based concepts in nursing training, and to improve the training effects and nursing administration. Methods : The problems in nursing training were analyzed using evidence - based concepts. With the support of literatures, the concepts verified scientifically were applied in nursing training. And the effects were compared before and after the application. Results: After the application of evidence - based concepts in nursing training, the theory and skills of nursing staffs, the qualified rate of nursing documents writing, and patients satisfaction were significantly improved in paramedics with different professional title and different educational background. Conclusion: The application of evi- dence -based concepts in nursing training could improve the training effects and nursing administration.
