摘要
循证护理作为护理学科的新领域,对护理学科的发展起到十分重要的推动作用,可以在包括护理行政管理、查房管理、带教管理、科研管理、健康教育等多个方面为临床护理管理提供启示,作为临床护理管理者要掌握并灵活运用循证护理以促进护理学科的发展。
As the frontier of nursing discipline, evidence - based nursing plays an important role in the development of nursing and provides inspiration in many areas of clinical nursing management, including nursing administration, ward inspection, nursing teaching, research management, health education, and so on. The clinical nursing managers should grasp the knowledge of evidence - based nursing and use it flexibly to promote the development of nursing.
