摘要
本文分析了真空低温容器表面出现水蒸气膜态凝结前后的换热机理;提出了以低温容器表面与空气的换热量来作为真空低温容器绝热失效的判据;介绍了容器表面与空气换热量的计算方法;实例计算表明,本文所提出的判断容器绝热失效与否的方法可以有效地解决用容器表面温度与空气露点温度相比较来判断容器绝热是否失效所遇到的问题.
The heat transferring mechanics before and after the film condensation formation on the surface of vacuum cryogenic vessel was analyzed in this paper. Using the heat exchange amount between vacuum cryogenic vessel outer surface and air as the heat insulation failure criterion of the vacuum cryogenic vessel is proposed. A algorithmic method is introduced to calculate the heat exchange amount between vacuum cryogenic vessel outer surface and air. It shows, by calculating an example, that the method to judge the insulation failure of the vacuum cryogenic vessel proposed in this paper is able to solve the problem confronted when use the comparison of the temperature of the cryogenic vessel outer surface with the drew-point temperature of the air to judge the effectiveness of the cryogenic vessel vacuum.
