摘要 本文利用低功率X射线荧光分析技术(XRF)对电解镍溶液样品进行了研究,重点探讨了影响镍电解液中Ni 2+、Cl-、SO42-同时测量的因素,优化了实验条件。实验表明,镍的质量浓度(ρ)在35~110g/L、氯离子的质量浓度(ρ)在30~90g/L、硫酸根离子的质量浓度(ρ)在55~160g/L范围内,待测元素质量浓度与其荧光强度存在着良好的线性关系。将本方法用于镍电解液实际样品分析,测得结果与其它化学分析方法结果相符合,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.3%~0.4%。 In this paper,the low-power X-ray fluorescent spectrometry was used to determine the liquid samples.The influencing factors on the simultaneous determination of Ni2+,Cl-and SO42-in nickel electrolyte were discussed,and the experimental conditions were optimized.The results showed that the mass concentration of testing ions had good linearity to the fluorescent intensity when the mass concentration(ρ) of Ni2+,Cl-and SO42-was in the range of 35-110 g/L,30-90 g/L and 55-160 g/L,respectively.This proposed method was applied to the determination of nickel electrolyte actual samples.The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by chemical analysis method,with the relative standard deviation(RSDs,n=11) of 0.3%-0.4%.
