摘要
龙葵素含量过高影响马铃薯品质,龙葵素含量受品种特性、栽培条件、收获时间、储藏条件等影响。对龙葵素的种类、毒理及提取方法和检测方法进行了综述,并对其今后的研究重点进行了展望。
High content of steroidal glycoalkaloids affected the potato quality. The content of steroidal glycoalkaloids was associated with varieties, cultivation conditions, the harvest time and storage conditions. The types of steroidal glycoalkaloids and its extraction methods and detection methods were reviewed. Then, research emphases were prospected.
