Pi-ta、Pi-b基因在江苏粳稻穗颈瘟抗性育种中的价值分析 被引量:33

Analysis on Breeding Value of Pi-ta,Pi-bGenes in Japonica Rice Breeding with Neck Resistance in Jiangsu

摘要 利用稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-ta、Pi-b的功能标记对2009,2010年江苏省粳稻中间试验的部分粳稻品系进行基因型检测,结合穗颈瘟抗性结果,通过关联分析Pi-ta、Pi-b在江苏省粳稻穗颈瘟抗性中的价值。结果表明:Pi-ta、Pi-b基因与江苏省粳稻穗颈瘟的抗性呈正相关,Pi-ta基因2009,2010年的相关系数分别为0.50,0.37;Pi-b基因2009,2010年的相关系数分别为0.55,0.51;Pi-ta、Pi-b基因的联合效应与穗颈瘟抗性正相关系数分别为0.71,0.62。因此,同时携带这2个抗病基因可以大大提高江苏省粳稻穗颈瘟抗性。 Functional Markers of blast resistance genes Pi-ta,Pi-b were used to detect part of Japonica rice lines in Jiangsu province intermediate experiment of 2009 and 2010 years.Combing with the blast resistance results,the value of Pi-ta,Pi-b in Jiangsu province Japonica rice neck blast resistance was analyzed by correlation analysis.The result indicated that Pi-ta and Pi-b were positively correlated with neck blast resistance of Japonica rice in Jiangsu province.The correlation coefficients of Pi-ta were 0.50 and 0.37 respectively in two years as the correlation coefficients of Pi-b were 0.55 and 0.51.The correlation coefficients of two genes joint effect were 0.71 and 0.62 respectively.Therefore,carrying both of this two resistance genes can greatly improve the resistance of Japonica rice in Jiangsu province.
