摘要
探讨了八羧基酞菁铝的分子光谱性质,利用八羧基酞菁铝的荧光光谱(最大激发波长620nm,最大发射波长698nm)近红外特性,建立了一种荧光猝灭法检测Cu2+的新方法。考察了各种因素的影响,实验表明:在优化条件下,(pH 4.5、八羧基酞菁铝浓度5.0×10-6mol.L-1、反应时间5min、反应温度为室温)该方法的线性范围2.5×10-6mol.L-1~3.0×10-5mol.L-1(R=0.9974),检出限8.3×10-7mol.L-1.利用该方法测定了实际水样中Cu2+的含量。
The molecular spectroscopy properties of octa-carboxylic phthalocyanine aluminum(AlC8Pc) were studied.A novel method of fluorescence quenching for the determination of Cu2+ base on near-infrared fluorochrome(NIRF) of AlC8Pc(the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths at 624nm and 698 nm) was established.The effect factors were optimized.Under the optimum conditions,(pH 4.5,AlC8Pc concentration of 5.0×10^-6 mol L^-1,reaction time of 5 min and reaction temperature at room temperature) the linear range of the calibration curve for the determination of Cu2+ is from 2.5×10^-6 mol·L^-1-3.0×10^-5 mol·L^-1,with a correlation coefficient(R) of 0.9974.The limit of detection(3σ) is 8.3×10^-7 mol·L^-1.The method was applied for the determination of Cu2+ in real water samples.
