摘要
以均苯四甲酸酐、氯化铜、尿素为原料,钼酸铵为催化剂合成了八羧酰胺基酞菁铜,再用NaOH水解得到八羧基酞菁铜。考查了原料摩尔比、催化剂的量、水解温度、水解时间等条件对反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件。在最佳工艺条件下八羧基酞菁铜的总收率为35%,经红外光谱表征与目标化合物的结构一致。
[CuPe(CONH2)8] was synthesized from 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarhoxylic anhydride, CuCl2. 2H2O with urea as starting materials and ammonium molybdate as catalyst, then [CuPc(COOH)8] was obtained by hydrolysis of [CuPc (CONH2)8] with NaOH. The influence factors of the molar ratio of the materials,the amount of catalyst,hydrolytic temperature and hydrolytic time were studied, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The total yield of [CuPc(COOH)8] was 35%. The result was confirmed by infrared spectrum.
