摘要
我国当前的新课程改革是基于信息技术的课程改革。在此背景下,它要求数学教师必须具备一定的信息化教学能力,即利用资源,从事教学活动、完成教学任务的综合能力。文章阐述了数学教师信息化教学能力的重要性;指出了数学教师信息化教学能力的影响因素;最后分析总结出发展数学教师信息化教学能力的途径:从国家和社会的支持,学校的帮助以及数学教师自身的专业发展三个方面进行发展和提高。
Nowadays,China＇s new curriculum reform is based on the IT curriculum reform.Hereon,it requires maths teacher to have some certain information on teaching ability,namely the use of resources,going in for teaching activities,and completing the task of teaching abilities.The article elaborates the importances of math teacher with the informatization teaching ability;sums up the impact of maths teacher with the informatization teaching ability factors;finally analyzes and points out the way of development on the maths teacher with the informatization teaching ability： to develop and improve based on the support of the state and the society,the help of the school and the professional development of mathematical teachers.
