摘要
可能自我应用于职业领域称之为职业可能自我,并以可能自我理论、职业生涯发展以及职业抱负的观点为理论支撑。目前大学生职业可能自我的结构被划分为职业希望自我、预期自我、恐惧自我。国内职业可能自我的研究群体以大学生为主,大学生的职业可能自我因年龄、性别、文化背景等不同呈现不同特点。职业可能自我对大学生的职业决策、职业发展具有重要作用。
Possible self-applied to the occupational field called occupational possible selves and theoretical support for the point of view of possible self-theory, career development and career aspirations. Possible selves structure of college students career is divided into occupational hope self, expected self, fear of self. Domestic professional self-study groups may mainly college students, college students career may show different characteristics of self due to age, gender, cultural background different. Career possible selves plays an important role on college students＇ career decision making, career development.
