摘要
就业能力是职业理想能否实现的关键。广西高校少数民族学生在就业能力方面相对较弱,主要表现为职业抱负较为欠缺、专业基础相对薄弱、社会资本稀缺以及综合"软实力"不强。高校应加强引导,在实践中提高区内高校少数民族大学生就业能力,增强理想信念教育的实效性,为广西经济社会的发展培养合格的人才。
Employability is the key to realize career ideal.The employability of minority college students in Guangxi region is relatively weak,which is mainly manifested by the lack of career aspiration,the weakness of professional foundation,the scarcity of social capital and the weakness of integrated ＂soft power＂.Colleges and universities should intensify guidance to improve student＇s employability in practice,strengthen the effectiveness of ideals and beliefs education to cultivate qualified talents for Guangxi economic and social development.
