摘要
大学英语与学科英语、学术英语等用英语学习的科目紧密挂钩的发展趋势,使教师在大学英语教学转型发展时期,面临了巨大的挑战。本文针对这一时期大学英语教师效能感普遍低下的现状,从培养教师的专业素养着眼,提出了四条提升教师效能感的建议性举措。
The tendency of college English closely relating to those courses such as subject English and academic English etc., makes it extremely challenging for English teachers to teach during transmission period. Upon the universal reality of low teacher efficacy in this period, this paper focuses on college English teachers' professional development to put forward four strategies to upgrade college English teacher's efficacy.
