摘要
随着我国研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生群体呈现出日益多元化的特点,为研究生德育工作的开展带来了新的挑战。本文针对当前研究生的特点,提出了构建"导师—辅导员—研究生骨干"三方联动的研究生思想政治教育模式,从三个方面论述了如何做好研究生思想政治教育工作。
With the constant expansion of our graduate enrollment, graduate groups showing an increasingly diverse characteristics, brought new challenges for the launching of the graduate moral education. In this paper, the characteristics of the current graduate student, proposed to build a ＂mentor counselors graduate backbone＂ tripartite linkage graduate ideological and political education model, and graduate students from the three aspects of how to do a good job of ideological and political education work.
