摘要
人才是强校之本,然而目前地方高校人才流失的现象较为严重,制约着高校的发展。薪酬水平不高,学校管理不当,用人机制不善,人际关系不佳是地方高校人才流失的主要原因。地方高校应根据自身实际情况提高教师薪酬水平,完善高校管理制度,改善用人机制,营造和谐的人文环境,从多方面采取措施防止人才流失。
Talent is the strength of school.However,the local universities' brain drain phenomenon is relatively serious,which restricts the development of universities.Low salary level,undeserved management of university,unreasonable mechanism of employing,and poor interpersonal relationship are the main causes of the brain drain in local universities.Local universities should increase teachers' salary on the basis of its actualities,perfect the management system,improve the employment mechanism,and construct a harmonious humane environment.local universities should take measures in many aspects to prevent the brain drain.
