摘要
受经济、地域、高校整体水平等因素的影响,河北省人才流失现象日益严峻。文章在对河北省高校人才流失现状调研的基础上,分析了高校人才流失的原因,并给出了相关对策。
Universities in Hebei suffer the brain drain due to the economic, geographical and other factors. This study analyzes the cause of the brain drain and proposes ways for solving it on basis of the researches.
