摘要
加强信息化建设是国家医疗卫生改革的重要内容之一。卫生医疗机构面临着艰巨的建设任务。但信息化建设过程中,会遇到标准化、产品选型、项目管控、信息安全等诸多风险。某医院HIS系统选型过程,证明在信息化过程中引入第三方专业机构,由其帮助进行项目规划、产品选型测试、项目过程控制、系统验收,可有效化解信息化建设风险。
To strengthen national health information construction is an important part of health reform. Health institutions faced with the daunting task of building information system. However, the process of information construction will meet standardization, product selection, project management and control, information security and many other risks. One hospital HIS system selection case proved that introducing professional organizations such as third-party can assist in project planning, product selection testing, project process control, system acceptance in the process of information construction, which can effectively lower information construction risk.
