摘要
将球磨机中各排提升条分成长度均等的几段,采用离散单元法研究了各段与磨机轴线以相同角度轴向排列时对球磨机性能的影响。分析了提升条的各种轴向排列形式对球磨机驱动功率、运行稳定性、研磨作用和提升条磨损程度的影响规律,为衬板提升条的设计、安装提出了新的思路。
All rows of lining lifters in a ball mill were divided into several segments with the same length, and then the discrete element method was used to study the influences of axial layout of each segment laid in the same angle from the mill axis on performance of the ball mill. In addition, the influence laws of various axial layout of lining lifters on driving power and operation stability of the ball mill, grinding effects and wearing de- gree of lining lifters were analyzed, which offered new thinkings for the design and installation of lifters.
