摘要
本文认为 ,中国的改革与发展有一个重要特点 ,就是从特区经济到特色经济 ,东部的发展是把特区经济的构建作为切入点的 ,而西部开发就要从构建特色经济上选择自己的发展重点。实施西部大开发构建特色经济 ,迫切需要解决如下问题 :( 1)解构小富即安的农耕文化观念 ,构建东西方文明互补、互融的大整合、大文明观 ;( 2 )解构在封闭的计划经济体制下形成的空间视野的狭窄性、时间眼光的短暂性。
