It is the forerunner of revitalizing Changchun economy to arouse the national sense of participation,abandon the thinking model of Great Leap Forward,help renewal of all the citizens'sense and promote changes of the government functions.It is an inevitable choice for Changchun to say good-bye to the old days and rebuild its brilliant record in the near future calling the enterprising spirit,batching the innovative view and casting the old Northeast sense.Seeking truth from facts and seeking innovation from changes is the stone of which we awake from the rational choice,wake up suddenly from tranforming our views and keep awareness on the advance and development way.
