摘要
目的:观察鄂西地区蜂胶提取物对糖尿病模型小鼠的降糖作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素制作的糖尿病小鼠动物模型,将小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、药物低、中、高剂量组。连续给药灌胃30天,检测小鼠空腹及餐后血糖指标。结果:蜂胶可以明显降低空腹及餐后血糖。结论:蜂胶能调节血糖,预防和治疗糖尿病。
Objective： To study the preventive and curative effects of propolis on model mice with diabetes and correlative mech- anism. Methods： Use Streptozotocin to found the mice model with diabetes, 5 mice groups ： normal group, model group, and the low, middle and high dose groups of propolis were separated randomly and taking corresponding materials orally. After 30 days orally taken, detected blood glucose of mice in fasting and postprandial status. Results： Propolis can obviously decrease blood glucose of mice in fasting and postprandial status in every propolis group. Conclusion： Propolis has effects on decrease blood glucose, and prevent and cure people with diabetes.
