摘要
分析省级、市级及区县级医院患者的就诊原因、主要疾病以及来源,为促进医院发展提供参考。方法:采用分层定额抽样方法,抽取四川省、成都市、区县级医院就诊患者作为调查对象,通过面对面访谈的问卷调查法收集资料。结果:共调查1774名就诊患者。省级医院为全省各地病人服务,由于其技术水平高,较为偏向解决疑难危重疾病。市、县/区两级则主要为本辖区病人服务。结论:不同级别医院的定位较为明确,但市县级医院的发展还面临着诸多挑战,如何进一步加强内涵建设是必须要考虑的问题。
Objective To analyze the reasons, sources and main kinds of diseases of patients in treatment from provincial, city and county hospitals,and provide references for promoting hospitals＇ development. Methods The patients were selected from pro- vincial, city and county hospitals by multi-stage quota sampling, and surveyed with face-to-face interview and questionnaires. Re- suits 1774 cases of patients were investigated. The patients in the provincial hospital came from various places in Sichuan Prov- ince ,which tended to treat difficult and complicated cases. While city and county hospitals mainly served the community. Conclu- sion The hospitals in different grades had definite positioning. But the city and county hospitals were still facing many challenges. It should be emphasized to improve connotation construction.
