摘要
文章结合医疗服务主要由三层级医疗构成的特性和国内现实状况以及国际先进经验,建议因势利导地构建一个相对简单、易于管理的国家"三层级医疗服务体系",包括国家级学术医学中心,省级(区域)医疗中心和基层医疗(卫生)服务网点。并初步阐释了其意义及实现方法。希望有助于我国现行公立医疗系统的改革。
Based on the characters of medical services and present national status,as well as the advanced international ex- periences,this paper analyzed the significance and primary strategy of constructing a relatively simple and easily-operated three levels of medical care system in China. Which included national academic medical centers, regional medical center and primary health care system. It is hope to contribute to China＇ s national hospital reform.
