摘要
目的通过分析区域医疗中心相关文献,了解区域医疗中心的研究现状、热点和发展趋势。方法在中国知网、万方及维普三大数据库,检索区域医疗中心研究领域的期刊文献,运用CiteSpace软件对核心作者、发文机构、关键词等进行分析。结果共计纳入研究文献265篇,发文期刊主要为卫生管理类期刊,尚未形成真正意义上的核心作者群,研究团队多为医学高等院校与医疗机构间的合作;关键词以区域医疗中心、分级诊疗、医疗联合体、医改等出现频率较高,共计产生9个聚类和7个突现词。结论我国区域医疗中心相关研究正处于实践探索阶段,2019年以来研究主要集中在区域医疗中心定位和价值内涵两方面。
Objective To understand the current research status,hotspots,and development trends of regional medical center through an analysis of relevant literature.Methods Using CNKI,WangFang,and VIP as data sources,journal articles in the field of regional medical center research were retrieved.CiteSpace was employed to con-duct correlation analyses on core authors,publishing institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 265 articles were included in the research analysis.The majority of the publishing journals were in the category of medical management,and a true core author group had not yet formed.Research teams predominantly consisted of collaborations between medical universities and healthcare institutions.Analysis of keywords revealed that terms such as regional medical cen-ter,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,medical consortium and healthcare reform appeared with high frequency,resul-ting in a total of 9 clusters and 7 burst terms.Conclusion Research related to regional medical center in China is cur-rently in the stage of practical exploration.Since 2019,research has primarily focused on two aspects:the positioning and value connotation of regional medical center.
