摘要
就当前而言,我国高校学分制改革进入一个"本土化、校本化"的探索阶段。不同类型和层次的高校为创新人才培养模式,提高教育教学质量,仍在不断探索着既能充分发挥学分制制度优势,又符合国情和校情的现代教学管理制度。地方行业高校是一类极具中国特色的高校,其学分制的实施过程带有中国大学模式的"烙印",其经验、问题和未来的改革方向为其他同类高校的学分制改革提供了借鉴和启示。
Currently, reform of the credit system in colleges and universities in our country has reached the exploratory phase of localization and school-based adaptation. In order to produce innovative talents, improve the quality of education and teaching, schools of different types and levels continue to explore a modern teach- ing management system which can give full play to the advantages of the credit system and is consistent with the conditions of our country and their own. Local industry colleges and universities are schools with Chinese characteristics. Their implement of credit system bears Chinese ＂imprints＂ and their experience, problems and future directions of reform can serve as a reference for other similar colleges and universities.
