两种术式治疗翼状胬肉后角膜散光度变化的对比观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比观察两种不同手术方式治疗翼状胬肉后角膜散光度的变化。方法对40例48眼原发性翼状胬肉患者随机分为两组,A组20例23眼行翼状胬肉切除联合术中应用0.2mg/mLMMC,B组20例25眼行翼状胬肉切除联合双向带蒂结膜瓣角膜缘干细胞移植,两组术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月行电脑验光仪检查,记录术前术后测得的角膜散光度的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果①两组患者术后角膜散光度比术前均有明显下降,且随时间延长,下降变化趋于稳定,差异均存在相关性(P<0.05);②两组相比,A组术后角膜散光度的变化,均比B组有明显下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉手术可降低角膜散光,翼状胬肉切除联合术中应用0.2mg/mLMMC术式能显著减轻术眼的角膜散光,促进视力恢复。 Objective To compare the corneal astigmatism changes after two kinds of surgical treatment of pterygium. Methods 40 cases (48 eyes) of primary pterygiurn patients were randomized into two groups. Group A of 20 cases (23 eyes) underwent pterygium excision with intraoperative use of 0.2 mg/mL MMC, group of 20 cases (25 eyes) underwent pterygium excision with bi-pedicle conjunctival flap limbal stem cell transplantation, to record pre-and-post-operative rcorneal astigmatism changes. Results (1)Postoperative corneal astigmatism was significantly lower than preoperative in the two groups, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05); (2)Postoperative corneal astigmatism in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Pterygium excision with intraoperative use of 0.2 mg,/mL MMC can significantly alleviate surgical eye astigmatism, and promote recovery of visual acuity.
