我国运动生理学“骨骼肌疲劳”研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 从生理学角度来解释运动性疲劳产生、消除机制一直是一个值得深入研究的问题,骨骼肌作为人体运动器官,与运动性疲劳有着千丝万缕的关系,越来越多的研究证明骨骼肌疲劳是运动疲劳的重要原因,而骨骼肌疲劳发生的关键机制也有研究证明其不是源于神经传导而是在于骨骼肌本身。综述骨骼肌疲劳方面文献,一方面了解目前对骨骼肌疲劳方面研究的进展和主要成果;另一方面拟对研究成果进行实践运用,指导专项运动训练。 From a physiological point of view to explain the exercise-induced fatigue removal mechanism has been worthy of further study, skeletal muscle as the organs of human motion,inextricably linked with the exer- cise-induced fatigue, a growing number of studies have shown that muscle fatigue is an important cause of exercise fatigue, and the key mechanisms of skeletal muscle fatigue studies have shown that it is not due to nerve conduction, but lies in the muscle itself. Summary of muscle fatigue aspects of literature,on the one hand, to understand the progress of the study of muscle fatigue aspects and main results;the other hand,the proposed research to practical application, the guidance of specialized sports training.
