摘要
范寿康的《教育哲学大纲》是中国学者写的第一部教育哲学著作,书中较为详细地阐述了其教育伦理学思想。范先生借鉴了康德和纳托普的哲学和教育哲学思想。他认为教育是将现实的人提高到理想的人的活动,因此与伦理学有着密切的关系。他明确提出将人生观作为教育目的的依据;伦理学对于人生观的规范应该是主观与客观的结合,伦理形式的规范是先验的,而伦理内容的规范是经验的,其核心是"个人的完成"和"他人的福利"。这些教育伦理学思想对重塑道德教育的中价值秩序、化解道德教育中的冲突有极大启示。
Fan Shoukang's A General Outline on Philosophy of Education is the first book that a Chinese scholar has written about the philosophy of education. In this book, Fan discussed the issues of educational ethics in detail. He used Kant and Natorp's thought of philosophy and philosophy of education for reference. He believed that education was an activity which promoted human beings from reality to ideality and was therefore closely related to ethics. He clearly stated that the purpose of education should be based on the outlook on life; esthetical norms about the outlook on life should be a combination of the subjective and the objective ; the norms of ethical form were priori, and the norms of ethical contents were empirical; the core of the ethical contents was the "personal completement" and "the welfare of others". Accordingly, Fan's thought on educational ethics has a great inspiration on remodeling the order of value and resolving the conflict in moral education.
