摘要
诚信教育不是在一般的教育内容之外增加冠之以"诚信"的内容就够了,也不是常规教育之外另外开展的教育。其关键在于深刻认识诚信的内涵与意义,检视不诚信现象及原因,用诚信的理念改造现有教育,让教育回归本然。当学校教育紧扣住育人的本然,教师能实实在在做好一点一滴的育人工作,用工作实绩而不是机会主义、形式主义的方式获取上级认可,整个学校系统的环境、制度、人际交往以及行为方式就会以一种诚信的方式运作着,这一切等于给学生树立了最有力的诚信榜样,此氛围中也有助于师生诚信品格的形成。
Integrity education is neither just teaching something called ＂integrity＂ to students, nor adding something on the side of general education. The key of integrity education is to understand the connotation and significance of integrity profoundly, to inspect phenomena of dishonesty and the reasons, to reconstruct education with the idea of integrity, and to let education be itself. When educators cultivate their students earnestly instead of catching the approbation by opportunism and officialism, the circumstance, system, interrelationship in school would be of integrity; all of these will set up the powerful integrity for students, and then the integrity character of educators and students can be cultivated in integrity atmosphere.
