摘要
目的探讨系统化的跌倒安全教育与管理在临床应用的效果。方法以2011年8月—2012年1月在复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院4个病区的临床护士和住院患者54例为对照组,以2012年2—7月4个病区临床护士和住院患者为实验组,比较两组护士跌倒预防知识、态度和行为的情况;比较两组住院患者跌倒预防认知度和跌倒预防措施满意度情况。结果两组护士跌倒预防知识、态度和行为总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组住院患者跌倒预防认知度和跌倒预防措施满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论依据《住院患者跌倒预防临床实践指南》相关证据,实施系统化的跌倒安全的教育与管理,可提高临床护士对跌倒预防知识、态度和行为的实施,自觉实施跌倒预防的各项安全措施,并能提高住院患者对跌倒预防的认知度和跌倒预防措施满意度,提高自我防护,有利于保障护理安全。
Objective To investigate the application of The Fall Prevention Clinical Practice Guidelines On Hospitalized Patients in our hospital, and to evaluate the effect of applying systematic fall prevention and man- agement. Methods The nurses and hospitalized patients in four wards were enrolled into the control group and experimental group. The differences in fall prevention knowledge, attitude, and behavior in nurses before and after intervention were analyzed. The awareness and satisfaction of hospitalized patients to fall prevention meas- ures were investigated. Results The differences in fall prevention knowledge, attitude, and behavior in nurses before and after intervention were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The awareness and satisfaction of inpa- tients were significantly different between the control group and experimental group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Applying systematic fall prevention and management in clinic can make nurses conscientiously implement the fall prevention and guarantee patient safety.
